If you messaged a business that uses Vibgyor
You can ask for your conversation to be deleted in either of two ways:
- Send the business's Facebook Page a message saying "delete my data". The request is passed to a person on the business's team.
- Or email [contact email not configured: set LEGAL_CONTACT_EMAIL], naming the Facebook Page you messaged.
We then delete your conversation, including the messages, your name and profile details, and the assistant's record of the conversation. We do this within 30 days and confirm when it is done. Photos you sent are already deleted automatically 30 days after they arrive.
Your messages also remain in Messenger itself, which you control: you can delete the conversation there at any time.
If you connected a Facebook Page
To remove Vibgyor's access to your Page, either:
- choose Disconnect next to the Page in Vibgyor's settings; or
- on Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, find RunAgent Messenger, and remove it.
Either way we stop receiving the Page's messages and delete its access token. To have the Page's conversation history deleted as well, email [contact email not configured: set LEGAL_CONTACT_EMAIL].
